When you submit a reservation or join updates, we collect your name and email address. For reservations, we also collect your tea choices, preferred format, likely quantity, bulk interest, and optional comments. We record your email confirmation and signup choices. We use this information to understand launch interest and send the welcome, tea and mission, and launch emails described on the signup form. We do not collect payment information on this site.
Services we use
Cloudflare hosts this site, provides bot protection, and stores our contact database and reservation count. Resend delivers confirmation and follow-up emails and reports delivery failures. The public reservation count does not display names or email addresses. When you choose to play our video, an embedded YouTube player loads and YouTube may collect information under its own privacy terms. If you arrive through an ad, we may store campaign tags with your signup to understand which messages are effective.
Your choices
Confirmation is required before your reservation counts or you join updates. The signup form describes the welcome email, three tea and mission emails, and launch news. Every follow-up email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops future email and removes your reservation from the live public count. We retain the information needed to honor an unsubscribe. Contact us to request correction or deletion of your information.
